@steely_glint @penwing I haven't read it in an age, but yeah the whole siloing of mental illnesses is a thing, and I suspect there'll be analogies you could draw with identity politics as well.

It's another one on my reread list.

What's your first read of 2024 going to be? I'm asked as I'm trying to hide the pile of books started and not yet finished 2023.

Currently suspect the next book I start will be non-fiction... I just have about five candidates vying for that spot in my head...

Yesterday I had a discussion with my wife about using the term to describe myself - as I think 'unhappy with my masculinity pansexual' (which is how she's known me for many years) is just too wordy... and queer just feels like a good summation...

Mulling over some ideas for Adventures...Looking up important medical women to name a starbase after. Britains first woman doctor should do the trick I think to myself. Only to find out her surname was Anderson. Players would be too busy mocking 'Starbase Anderson' as an obvious nerd reference to consider it might have another meaning.
