The case against Fani Willis was built on unsupported allegations that had she not countered them, would possibly have given the ‘appearance’ of Conflict of Interest. I suspect that is what they were going for. She blew them and that out of the water, and with that, some law licenses might be up for review at the end of this muddy road. To rephrase a caution: “When you come for the Queen, you better not miss.” They missed. Now, they have to duck.

Cats need a job.
When we lost the older cat to a coyote, the younger cat became depressed. After a month, we brought in a kitten. She resented him, he adored her. She made her job to train him. She’s more active now than ever before. They both gang up on me when it’s time for treats (my medication, their treats same time because cats never let you forget). Now around bedtime, they herd me into bed. And then tear up the house in zoomies mode for 2 more hours. Employed cats are different.

Fani, by showing up instead of making them jump through hoops and present evidence (which they don’t have), is showing them A: She’s not afraid of them and can curbstomp them from the stand. B: Takes away their months of planned smears against her/office with unproven allegations.

The downside for the defense: I suspect they were not prepared for her to call their bluff. They will all be facing possible sanctions for bringing a case that has no basis in evidence or fact.

Alex Wagner should not complain that Biden is taking questions (“not from the media!”) unless she can reflect a little bit on what the media has become, and her part in it. This as she is helping to make an issue out of a non-issue that was created by the cult to both defy logic and smear a capable man to bring him down to the level of their candidate, who aside from being incompetent, is facing more court than most lawyers.

Republicans scream about the border. They write up a Bill to address the issue, and Dems & Biden agree and that made the Republicans refuse to bring the Bill to the floor. So, the problem they care so much about, continues because they don’t want to solve the problem while a Dem is president.The problem for them is not the Border, it is that they want to make everyone afraid so they can elect more republicans, who will do nothing to solve any problems. Sometimes we get distracted by the worst behaviors of the opposition. We become more reactionary to their antics, and that lets them control the narrative. When you look behind the curtain as to WHY they are doing what they are doing, you can more easily undo them by displaying the truth about their behaviors, the intentions behind their cruelty.
