Dismal Wizard was in one about this magnitude out Surry way. There were minor fore-shocks that morning. Just rumble vibrations. A ‘dozer was working grading across the road so we thought nothing of it. The main event went off while I was in the battle lab. We all evacuated while the building was checked for damage. Apparently, the command had an earthquake bill and instruction.

Dismal Wizard poked around a bit at weather.gov/akq/ to find the #nwsspc NWS Storm Prediction Center product pages. Tab “Severe Weather” takes you there. Left side tabs for thunderstorms and tornadoes probability for, current day and next day.
This page can take you to product from other NWS and NOAA products like space weather (solar flare particles) etc.
I played this record in the car 🚘 and decided to hear it in the lounge. I started in Apple Spatialize Audio but it was rubbish and switched to #qobuz#lossless via #roon. The haze cleared up. Apple compresses the main channels to make all the Dolby Atmos other stuff fit in an AirPods Pro pipe. The Maggies didn’t like it. Tubby bass.
Not so bad Monday but still blowy. Doggos are being lazy at the moment. #Today#VAwx promises fair, a tad cool for early spring, and small craft advisory and likely surf gnatsie advisory. And of course, a paddlers advisory about the still cold bay.
These are the same photos appearing in Monday's sign-on but after they have been edited. iPhone 11 camera does not like the sun in its eyes. Images were raw so I could "rescue" them.
@ivory has closed out its blue period to enter its entered its cyan period. All of the accent colors are now cyan including addresses and tags and the various UI icons. Fortunately, there is adequate contrast. Guys, always remember to Uncle Tim Test for readability. Any lighter would be trouble.
@DismalManorGang you most likely did a 2 finger swipe up or down which is the gesture to swipe between colors. You can set the color in the display options as well and turn off the gesture in the behavior settings.

We were afraid of that. Minion is playing PDQ Bach 1712 Oveture. Like other PDQ Bach music, the score was found in a bin not far from one of New York’s lesser schools of music. As was PDQ’s tradition, liberal sampling (plagiarism) is present in the score and baroque musical idioms are abused ad nauseam!
Playing and recording are first rate. Somehow PDQ managed to attract the City’s finest starving musicians to play and to land a recording contract with drab classical label Telarc! #music

No doubt, astute readers noticed the work’s catalog number S. 1712! Professor Peter Schickele, discoverer of the PDQ Bach oeuvre, administers the catalog. He’s also PDQ’s posthumous promoter arranging these performances and recordings.
@DismalManorGang You see, one of the very first CDs was a recording of Tchaikovsky’s “1812 Overture”, complete with cannons. Many people playing CDs for the first time blew out their speakers with those cannons, and the manufacturer slapped a sticker on the CD that said, “WARNING: Digital cannons” with tiny text explaining that CDs allowed a very large dynamic range that users might not be used to. Actually became part of the CD marketing campaign.
