What I think might be cool, and super cheesy, would be jacket back patches.
Buy one and it comes with some kind of annual membership. Something like with the NYDM guys do. I don't think we can have virtual BBQs, though. ๐Ÿคฃ

I have not heard anything about any libre software doing anything with much technology, however.

That being said, I wouldn't mind having a computer help me with the final mastering of an album while I focus my time and energy on other things.

Lol yeah, it is a bit of work. I know it's do-able with GNUsocial. They're both XML (and PHP) with some form of OpenID.

I think it'd be possible with Mastodon.
Maybe KeyCloak would be best. It was backed by Red Hat, now I think The Linux Foundation.
Provides identity management, SSO, LDAP, etc. Very comprehensive as far as I can tell. I haven't quite figured it out yet. ๐Ÿ˜…

In case your didn't know: The outer package bag and the inner bag are both made of grass paper, which means you can dispose them in your bio waste.

... And the outer bag is reusable: It has a second glue stripe, which allows you to seal it up a second time.

I think this needs a just-large enough QR code. Check your software repository for an application to generate one if you need to.

Metalhead.club currently loses about 6 % to 9 % active users per month.

Well, it's no surprise that users lose interest, especially if they registered during one of the user waves and just wanted to check out what this Mastodon or Fediverse thing is.

Nevertheless it's sometimes a bit sad to see the numbers drop ;)

But of course I'm still happy to host this place for you - even if it'd be just 100 users. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Um. Oh also. I ran a GNU Social node for a while.
Had >100 w/ basically no effort other than a cool name and theme. Only maybe 3 were at all active.

Then there was that little marketing agency that made several dozen posts for, like, weed & shrooms. ๐Ÿคฃ
I contacted the company and said thanks but, to chill out and spread the posts out to more like one per day so it isn't spammy. They weren't even aware ๐Ÿ˜– but said they'd contact their contractor about it.

I'll open it again eventually.
