Anyone use the ActivityPub plug-in on their Wordpress site?

I'm having problems with the plugin on mine. It only partially works.

You can discover the site profile through mastondon/etc. and send a follow request, but that's it. The follow requests/approvals don't ever go through. It just hangs indefinitely.

The site is a newly installed/bluehost hosted site using the Cue theme.

I've also added the webfinger and nodeinfo plugins as well just to see if that would make a difference, but no dice.

Any ideas?

This. Which is why, after replacing three faulty mechanical thermostats I built my own fridge controller that sends notifications if you leave the door open. And have the washing machine and microwave of Tasmota smartplugs.

Useful, convenient, no cloud, no nonsense.
