Good weekend so far! It's been frigid in so I've been staying in with the husband and (as a bonus - cat in photo)

My husband (mostly) and me built a cute wooden pantry to hold our kitchen supplies and prepare for more adventures!

Just got some done and plan on playing some with friends tonight and stream it around 8 PM Pacific Time!

All and all, a good weekend for how cold it is!

In other news, the Sinner is now dead. I felt a bit bad for the poor fellow. First they're imprisoned there for who knows how long and then I come sailing in with my 2 NPC summons to gang up on them.

Holiday baking with the family! 🍪🍞🍌

I have been wanting to explore this skill and these are my first attempts with my mom's recipes and guidance!

I'm happy with them!! Had a great time. Anyone have any good baking recipes to share that are good for a beginner?

Thank you!! I've done some light baking with my mom when I was younger (cookies) but this was my first loaf of banana bread!

The loaf looks nice so hopefully when it cools, it'll taste good too. 😂

I think my main early focus is beginner recipes centered around bread (that I could slice up and take to work) and cookies (I already have a chocolate chip and peanut butter recipe). Perhaps muffins? The simpler the better since I'm just getting started.

I don't really have a fruit vs chocolate preference as I like both.
