I need to rewrite my subs package for 'The Journeyman' as my current package is getting very little response but it's an awesome book that needs to be seen. I also might change the title if I think I can get away with calling it 'In The Valley Of The Wind'.

It must be a massive change, to go from hundreds a month to less than fifty. They've also changed the categories, and are doing nothing about AI scammers. A perfect storm of nonsense.

Haven't heard about the change in calculation. Will have to look into that.

Stop blaming strikes for economic damage. Strikes are a logical response to overreach and greed from corporations and the wealthy. If there is resulting economic damage, look to those who drove the workers to strike in the first instance.

I was just reminded of the time when @KevBot and I found a free photo booth in a casino bingo hall and we would go there all of the time and take stupid photos until one day when our friend was driving down the highway and saw our faces on a gigantic billboard and we realized the photo booth was only free because we were trading our consent to use the photos for marketing purposes.

"Never judge a book by its cover" stems from a time when books were sold without covers, and it was the purchaser's job to get it covered, or not as the case may be. Back then a book's cover had less to do with its contents and more to do with how much money someone had.

These days book covers are provided so that you can literally judge the contents, and decide if you want to purchase it or not. Not only should you judge a book by its cover, it is actively encouraged.

So many stories to tell, so little time. I just had a sudden rush, an emotional desire to write an epic fantasy. I haven't read or written fantasy in years, yet the desire exploded on my brain like a tidalwave as I drank my morning tea. That is what it means .
