I’m not really the target audience and I’ve come across it what must be hundreds of times. It has been talked about a lot on anything gaming. Most of the big gaming journalism (good and bad) websites, youtube channels etc have made articles and videos about it.

No one is playing it because it’s very “meh”, but it has absolutely been widely advertised and also talked about a lot (for being not so good).

I really doubt any of you who replied here saying you haven’t heard about it ever interact with gaming journalism and community. It has been just as visible as most other AAA games.

I pick on my socks until there are holes in them. I don’t know if I have sensitive feet or something but I feel any little piece of lint, stuck hair etc. and need to remove it. Some new socks only last a few days. I’ve tried different materials, qualities etc. but nothing lasts because of it. I’ve looked for some sort of sock subscription where I get sent like 10 pairs of socks a month for cheap but haven’t found anything yet.

He can see the whole room though. This comic fails completely at what it’s trying to say. The fish could think the house has infinite rooms if the room doesn’t have any windows. But it probably does so he’d think whatever he sees outside is infinite, and much of that is probably the sky which makes it pretty close to what we humans think.

Ah yes, he has to be “terminally online” to be aware of a hugely popular meme about him.

You’re also missing the whole deal of him talking about and mentioning this meme several times and he and his PR team having made their own jokes for it for a couple of years now. All of this has been extremely hard to miss. I don’t interact much with US politics any more than what pops up here on Lemmy and the biggest things that get worldwide reporting and I’ve seen this several times.

It’s like you’ve used each thing once in some specific game where it was badly implemented and decided that’s how it looks in all games.

There is no objective “it looks like this”, every game does things slightly or very differently. I’m certain you are unusually blind to detail, have serious vision problems, or you’re just very good at convincing yourself of your own bad ideas.
