Well folks, I'm done. Tried to make it to June 30 but this head cold done me in.

I want to thank those who encouraged me. I would have given up long ago if not for you.

This project was a love letter to The Adventure Zone Ethersea and @evilhat's Scum & Villainy, and I hope one day they get to see it.

And maybe some day I can polish what I have into a full playable setting, with stats and all. Who knows?

I've been watching the crowdfunding campaign for Season 2 of Afflicted @afflictedaudio since the start with bated breath.

The campaign had a rough start for reasons largely out of their control, switching from Seed & Spark to IndieGogo partway through after a calamitous first week, and that set them back in a way that they have never caught up from.

With six days to go, they're at 50% funded. Things aren't looking great. Show creator Tonia Ransom @missdefying is a talented artist and a friend, and I'd really like to see her make a second season of this show that puts , , and other marginalized voices and stories front and center. The show is described as meets .

I started watching Columbo at the start of the pandemic (my Dad was a big fan of the show, so I had watched some of the later TV movies with him as a kid), but kind of dropped it. I thought I got farther, but I guess I stopped in the middle of season 3. Started watching again tonight with Robert Culp's third appearance as the murderer.

@Tim_Eagon I watched it for about a month or two after my daughter was born. It was a low-impact, low-overhead choice for binge entertainment while I held a small, hungry potato for hours on end.

So I wake up this morning to a Discord DM from @evoterra, "my first suspension! I'm so excited!"

I panic. Did he get in a fight and get banned from a mutual server? Did one of my servers ban him? Why? What happened?!

I'm scrambling to check our mutual social media spaces trying to figure out how my friend might have gotten in trouble.

You need outside data for 'inspiration' so don't be afraid to ask for outside help in other ways.

@Tim_Eagon make it make sense, my work laptop has everything locked behind MS 2FA, and MS usually doesn't communicate with itself. Turn on computer, MS 2FA for Outlook. Then MS 2FA for teams. Then MS 2FA for our VPN. Then MS 2FA to sync OneDrive. Then MS 2FA to go to a website I need. Then non-MS 2FA to log onto another website. Then MS 2FA because the VPN locked me out again. That's every day, except occasionally I get lucky and do one 2FA and MS remembers that it knows me and stops asking.
