@GottaLaff I’m a 65 year old who spent most of his youth and teenage years skating on ponds and in rinks for hours and hours at a time. I get cold super easy these days. And I’ve had enough. If Canada were warmer, I would consider ex-pat there. It’s on to narco-republic land for me (I know, I know).

The list of bad dealings I can relate to you after 30 years is way to long a list. Suffice it to say I have seen many real estate agents work to their own interests at the expense of their clients (never mind outright lying).
