I found what the issue that caused Sakurajima Social to went down. Apparently, Redis claims that it ran out of disk space, but I see tons of free space, which only makes me more perplexed as to what causes this to happen. Needs more investigation, but I have one clue as to why it's doing it.

Apparently, there is a refresh of the ROG Ally with more RAM. I kind of wish the Ally had a USB 4 port instead of that proprietary port for GPUs as it's a lot easier and perhaps cheaper to get a Thunderbolt 3 eGPU enclosure and slap an AMD or Nvidia GPU.

Not that I plan on upgrading, seems more like a sidegrade as it's using the same APU, but have slightly more RAM.

Everything back together now with G3 goodness

I did discover that three clips that hold the front broke off already, need to glue them back at a later date, but the 8100 is mostly restored and quieter now as it only runs off the BlueSCSI, the HD is disconnected, but causes a slight about 10 sec delay when it cold boots.

Finally got the logic board out without breaking any plastics (knock on wood), and removed the old battery which haven’t gone off yet and upgraded the ram.

Need to figure out how to take the cache card out (so I can get video with the G3 accelerator) before testing everything before putting it back together

I did get the Newer Tech G3 card installed, but no video. Looks like I do need to pull the cache card as I'm having the same issue of no video from the AV card.as seen in this video featuring the same G3 accelerator card.

The 8100 is pain in the neck though. Should have probably picked up a 8600 instead, if there was any reasonably priced and good shape. I’ll figure it out on Sunday, and probably get a bottle of plastic cement if I need to glue anything back.

There is an interrupt switch I need to pull out, before I can slide and drop them other board.
