When I leave my office window open a crack, Kelly loves to sit with his nose at the window and take in the smells and sounds of the outside. He’s sensitive to me taking photos, though.

“Hmmm, smells interesting.”
“Hey! Are you spying on me?”

I respectfully disagree. They wouldn't get 8-1 if it was about the basic right to strike. I suspect there's more to the issue, probably because leaving wet cement in the trucks may have destroyed highly expensive equipment.
