Due to:

• macOS/iOS integration being really good
• context switching between win11/macOS sucking
• wanting affordable Apple Silicon CI
• zed being macOS-only for now
• DaVinci Resolve being great on mac (even w/low specs)
  I bought the cheapest M2 mac mini they have 🤷

search results for "Vimeo OTT" show 3 paid listings from competitors, the first real result is (way) below the fold. I guess Vimeo didn't pay for protection this month.

Ok therapy's not for another couple of weeks and I need to talk so!

My mental health has gotten SERIOUSLY better, rapidly, recently, and I'm still kinda trying to explain it (I don't need to, I just like to). There was a first wake up call before surgery, and I've been thriving as of surgery day+6 or so, when I regained full autonomy.

I've been spending a bunch of money on myself, the family, the apartment, going places, talking to people, re-organizing and cleaning a LOT... (1/n)

Today we answer the question: if you open an HDR AVIF image on a HDR-enabled Windows 11 desktop display, what happens?

Chrome (top left): gets it right
Firefox (top right): image is way too dark but this doesn't look like SDR does on my screen
GIMP (bottom left): offers to keep or convert the color profile, but shows SDR anyway? SDR looks crap on my display when HDR is enabled unfortunately
Edge (bottom right): no AVIF support, still
