I’ve just not really been myself for a few weeks now, and this time of year is incredibly charged and difficult for me on top of everything else I’m carrying. I feel torn between avoiding this app or just posting through it. I oscillate between this place being a welcome distraction or causing me a lot more harm, as well as the feeling that I don’t want to bring any toxicity to this space. I usually change languages for these posts as a way to vent more quietly. I’m really struggling. 🫠

2023 was a weird one 🥴
