I run a K-Pop blog at G-Nitro.com, and I co-host an Anime podcast called Otaku in Review (Find us on most Podcast platforms) with my friends Scott and Shannon

I'm slowly losing my mind over this.

I cannot find a way to turn off autoplay on YouTube when logged into my account.

I know this is not an issue with extensions or add-ons because I am using the exact same setup, but in one case I am logged in, and the other I am logged out. Same browser, nothing different except being logged in or out.

I've been at this for nearly half an hour now. All I want is to turn autoplay off and it seems impossible.

Please help me!!

A screenshot of a video on YouTube when I am logged in. It has options to display captions, a settings button, a button to activate the mini player, a button for cinema mode, a button to cast the video, and a button to play the video in full screen. The toggle for autoplay has vanished.

@jessica If you are on a mobile device. Click on your profile picture, go in to settings, then Autoplay. You should be able to disable there for Mobile phone/tablet

@jessica I've tried to recreate this, but can't. The only thing I've noticed is Autoplay won't show up until the side content of recommended videos load.

But that doesn't seem to be the issue. Sorry =/

@jessica my only assumption is YouTube did some update they quietly pushed out to a small percentage of users that caused it. They do that often, and it would explain why you only are missing it while logged in.
