@epso Grappig hoe smaken verschillen. 😁

Ik was echt /zo/ ongelooflijk underwhelmed van de eerste.

Het beste aan de film vond ik de CGI. Het verhaal, het acteerwerk, ik vond het allemaal erg voorspelbaar, saai en stom.

Misschien dat 2 het uit dat dal kan trekken maar ik zal er weer met lage verwachtingen instappen dan kan het alleen maar meevallen.

@simondh Ah, het antwoord is eenvoudig, basically "omdat ik die met die pas heb afgerekend" en hij gewoon een kloppende overzicht wil hebben.

Ik dacht dat het afgetrokken werd. Niet dus, wordt netjes als prive ding gezien en ook inkomstenbelasting over betaald.

@OutofPrintArchive It was nuts how the whole car exploded into separate parts and how they respawned.

It pales in comparison with what todays hardware with, say, Unreal Engine is capable of but that's progress I guess.

Still I have found no modern game that plays as fun as MotorStorm!

It's really great how John Mastodon coded the hashtag-functionality here on this platform.

The ability to follow them so they "just" appear in the feed is great and really helps out!

I asked a question because I was looking for some utility and got an answer in 30 minutes that was really useful too. 🥳

(I've asked technical questions on the birdsite and that always resulted in -checks notes- exactly zero answers.)
