Impromptu garage sale this morning because the neighborhood is doing one. I always have extra stuff. It's been non stop for an hour. Garage sales are multiple wins. You sit or stand at your own house, people come to you and give you money for stuff you don't even want. The best. πŸ˜‚

Cardboard recycling collection time.

Sara is beset by boxes. She fits them into each other like snug Russian dolls, compresses packaging as best she can, unfolds and flattens the boxes that allow for it.

She pauses. And sighs. She picks one up and walks with it into the utility room, adding a new Good Box to the now-teetering Good Box pile.

"But it is a good box. Might come in handy," she mutters to herself. One of those Good Boxes has a postage label on it from the 1990s. Good Box.

@brandonwrites wow, dude, VERY weird. She might've just been weird, I've had a couple people ask me that when I was a kid too (which is offensive, I think) but I figured it's my big nose and dark hair. Sigh. Not Jewish. πŸ˜‚

@umrk ha! Yeah, I do little bits. Sometimes in the form of Excedrin if I have a headache. On a full stomach though cuz Excedrin makes me HUNGRY 🀣 but yeah it's odd, the year is almost halfway and there's no albums I'm super looking forward to for a lot of the rest of it? Which I find kinda strange. Some random kinda whatever things til July but that's it. Very strange. Hope some pop up

i don't remember much before being 7-years old but i do remember inviting a friend over for a sleepover and this friend, at the breakfast table with my family, cracked open a can of pepsi and poured it into his bowl of cheerios. my father didn't say anything at the time but after my friend left he said my friend was never allowed to come over again; i knew it had to be the pepsi-cheerios because my friend was otherwise well behaved. this had a profound impact on me.

If you're still using Google (try DuckDuckGo instead?) for some reason and want REAL search results, make sure to use that More dropdown and the Web option/feature this article mentions at the end, the one I joked about yesterday. Here's a little longer piece about all Google's changes, etc.

@jigmedatse ha! They had bad results with DDG? I mean, I don't like that it's Bing based but yeah, I haven't really found one better. There's also the smaller ones that crawl the smaller websites, I dig those too. Just not quite as expansive haha
