My watermelon kefir ended up being a fail (overfermented during the secondary fermentation and ended up tasting like rotten 🍉 ) but green grape🍇 and coffee☕ kefir turned out nice.

If you are bored and looking for a new hobby try making water kefir sodas. I just made these two (first one is lime and ginger with blue tea for colour and the second one is pineapple flavoured) it only took 3 days to make and this is my first time fermenting anything. Makes you feel like an alchemist :blobfoxsciencewoozy:

@TheConversationUS over here in India it has gotten so much worse. Most Indian cities hover around an AQI of 100-150 almost everyday. Delhi is so bad that 200 is considered good there. I have seen the AQI of Delhi climb upto to 900 once., 400-500 levels in Delhi has become an annual event.

@thepoliticalcat @nilesh yes there have been quite a few over the years since the far right came into power in india and completely took control over the "mainstream" hindi and english news channels based out of noida. Since then these channels have constantly peddled state sponsored propaganda and islamophobic content as news.

@Deus @nilesh @Ohsin @thepoliticalcat we can't really blame them for that though. The purpose of AltNews is to educate the masses through factchecking, twitter is already a niche site I would say mastadon would be an even smaller niche audience that is probably not brainwashed by propaganda so why bother.
