I seem to have managed to pull something in my glutes during the warm-up for the HIIT. 🤦🏻

Saw a snapping turtle slowly crossing the recreational path, which was nice - hope it shows up in the video.

Bonjour les Mastonautes. Une reprise de plus après, une fois de plus, un arrêt un peu plus prolongé que ce que j’aurais souhaité. Malheureusement, les reprises me paraissent de plus en plus difficiles. Je suis mort 😵 🥵

Tuesday: 122 seconds of plank, 11 minutes of yoga, 30 minutes of HIIT, 21 minutes of strength, followed by 6.5 km of (7°C with wind gusts to 32km/hr).

The strength training really kicked my butt this morning, probably because @TAV picked it. 🤣

I was hoping for my stroll pace to get under 9 minutes/km, but not quite. I'll blame the wind. Knee felt okay, will resist running to Monday.

C'est exact le taux de caféine augmente avec le temps d'infusion.
Et l'amertume (au détriment des autres arômes) augmente aussi avec le temps dinfusion et la température
En conséquence les cold brew infusé toute la nuit ça dépote et ça donne des cafés très goûteux et pas amer

plus besoin de rechercher une icône. Je tape juste une partie du nom du truc ( appli, contact, nouveau message, nouvelles notes, notes existantes, ...)
Possibilité d'avoir quand même des raccourcis et / ou la liste des applications les plus utilisées.

Ah et remplacer le firewall et le système de mises a jour par des applis tierces gratuites... What could go wrong

    @niavy @grincheux j'ai un excellent souvenir du samsung S5 que j'avais passé en lineageos. ça lui avait donné une nouvelle jeunesse. Et c'est clair que ça fait du bien d'avoir un truc sans (trop) de tracker.
