I have been dealing with a crazy ex-friend who as it turns out is a felon who was already dinged for gun possession from a previous felony and now that I have new evidence of it happening again the police do not care at all, even though he harasses me constantly from different phone numbers every day.
So, is it illegal to not have health insurance since there is no longer a fine? On a federal level, having health insurance is no longer a legal requirement. However, a handful of states in the U.S. require citizens to obtain coverage or pay a tax penalty.

The man could be a believer, like people who trust psychics, and genuinely think what he’s saying is true. He could be struggling with mental illness and believe himself. He could be a huckster trying to make money off UFO enthusiasts ( writing a book, giving paid lectures, interviews).
He hasn’t shown evidence. That’s a serious red flag. Perhaps that evidence comes tomorrow, but all previous claims like this just fade away without evidence being shown.

The article below says the video shows them announcing themselves, and then he opened the door with a gun in his hand. Not trying to excuse anyone but I think that could convince a judge that the officer feared for their safety.
Also idk about you, but my first instinct when someone is banging on the door, my last line of defense, is definitely not to open it up and say hi. OR let anyone know that I’m inside either way.

Why is asking for feedback a bad thing? IMO it’s better than just being on by default, and still gives the developers an opportunity to at least get SOME useful feedback instead of all the people that screech about how telemetry should be banned entirely. I would bet money none of those people are professional developers.
