you probably don't remember my friend with a cat who tried to date a woman with two dogs. it didn't work out. she dated some more. it went badly every time. she decided to move after 7 years in this city. it was final. she sent her stuff to another city, sold her furniture, and had a train ticket for Monday. on Sunday, she went to our local queer place to kind of say goodbye to this part of her life.
boom! she met a woman. of course, they spent the next 2 days together. I am very amused.

a friend just admitted to me that she’s been seeing an “older woman” since late last year and she prefaced this admission with “I have something to confess, but you can’t get angry”

(the supposed “anger” being because she knows how invested I would be in this and she didn’t tell me for MONTHS)

anyway, she’s young (29) so “older” to her is 45
