OK, I already have a gym question: my trainer warned me that I'd wake up today with really achy muscles (I'm doing resistance training), but I feel completely normal. No pain or discomfort at all. Am I doing the gym right?

I don't celebrate Valentine's Day, but I do celebrate love in all its forms: the love of your family, friends, pets, romantic love, platonic love, love that spans ages, love that defines ages, the love you feel for complete strangers, and the love you have for yourself. I put some furniture outside to be collected by a charity and someone has gone and nicked it 😶

If they needed it, fair enough, but now I have to explain to the charity why it's bloody gone and send them a donation to cover it, which has just been the cherry on top of the cake of my week.
