Our male cat (aka Boy) often comes when he’s called. And, as he walks toward me, he utters a meow with each step.
Here, I had gone to the mailbox when the rain let up. I called to Boy and I heard his answering cry in the backyard. He hustled around the corner and once he saw me, he walked slowly towards me, meowing with each step. 😂 I wish I knew what he was saying. Each meow sounded the same with each step he took.
