Properly photographing a 3.5" floppy disk for archival is annoyingly complicated. The label has THREE sides!

I've already built an automated system to take a picture of the front of a disk, but really I need to take THREE photos if I want to get the whole thing.

That means either three cameras or I need to rotate the disk 90° and then 180°, which is going to really stress the limits of my mechanical engineering skills.

Wertes Folg,

ich suche jemanden, der*die mir über die Technik des Handynetzes (und die Herausforderungen dahinter) was erzählen kann und mag. Eventuell als Format 60min Talk + 30min Q&A, fully remote.

Hintergrund der Anfrage: wir diskutieren im drüber, ob wir entsprechende Fähigkeiten aufbauen sollten.

Außer meiner Dankbarkeit und vielleicht in ferner Zukunft mal höherer Leistungsfähigkeit des THW kann ich leider nicht viel anbieten. Kaltgetränk auf dem nächsten Chaos-Event vllt.?

@janhelms Ich 2000/2001. Der beste Zeitpunkt zum Überfallen der NATO wäre Freitag 14:00 gewesen - alle GWDL im Zug nach Hause, die meisten gut angetrunken, und der Rest in den Kasernen auch. Die Wache alleine kann die Russen nicht zurückschlagen.
