As an attorney, how sure are you on this, when I read the list all of them had some sort of comment as part of the indentification that they are not intended to be used as identification. Now I don't like desantis any more than any other sane person but feels like the states who issued the ids sorta opened it up to this.

I always felt lt. commander made more sense as it should be the doctor in combination with another senior officer. At least that is how they portrayed it in tos.

Will the index headset work standalone? When I look at the site it still lists the base stations as a requirement but looking at the base station it seems like those are for the controller.

This is a stretch. Apparently ring camera owners can send video to police and the article say they may be biased when they send things. I can see it a bit. Its like the person who is constantly complaining about kids hanging around sending video as opposed to someone sending video of an actual crime in action. I think police have to deal with this type of thing anyway but it likely does make it so convenient they will get that much more of it and it takes time to look over every single video.

I too doubt it could work but man it would be great if it was margin of victory rounded up to the nearest 10 percent with one year for each 10 percent maximum 5 years. Oh and no re-elections one term based on your first result then out. To get the max you would ned over 70% of the vote. Also all unopposed elections are one year terms.

ddg is still my main for similar reasons.

If everyone on Earth stood in a line so that you could say "Hi" to everybody you'd only manage to greet 1/3rd of the population before you die.

Assuming you and everyone you're greeting didn't need to sleep, eat, drink or do anything other than saying/hearing "Hi" but death from old-age still applies, but only to you. For reasons....

um no. its not just furry stuff. I have not blocked any furry stuff as its not that bad so far but I have blocked fuckevil, fuckbully, fuckfacist or something akin to that where the evil, bully, facist is what its all about despite the titles that would make you think otherwise. but with really disturbing porn.

Is there any more ethical solution to our current circumstances than "murder all billionaires"?

Not that I'm particularly against that - quite the opposite, in fact. But I'm wondering if anyone sees, or had seen a path to social and climate recovery/progress that could occur without first eradicating the class of people who most enjoy the present status quo.

I thought you just wanted something ethical. I don't think anything you will be in favor of will result in a non horrible outcome barring some sci fi level technology. Even fusion is not enough. Stuff like stargates zero point modules and star treks replicators or at least nanobot swarms would be needed.

Awhile back. Like pre 2010. There was a thing to have a second you to answer simple questions and I worked in a computer lab that had programs to create museum pieces were it would answer questions with prerecorded answers from folks. Artists voices can be copied. You could get something pretty good with the more data making it more like you.
