No bike lanes (and if they exist they’re just painted on the road), no bus lanes (buses get stuck in the same rush hour traffic and everyone else which doesn’t incentivise people to take them) and these buses are also unreliable and infrequent....

step 2: make them think you'll give them more money. this may involve repeating step 1 several times.
step 3: let them know that if you don't get what you want, the money stops.
