It feels long but I never turned it off so that's big haha (it almost feels like they saved the BEST song for the last though, the title track - fuuuck haha)

However, coincidentally I was thinking about this song earlier today: Stomp Your Hands, Clap Your Feet, from Quiet Riot's 1984 album Condition Critical.
A goofy piece of 80s glam metal, delivered with absolute commitment.
(Regrettably I had a copy of the album on CD once, but I sold it when I needed the money. However I never let go of Metal Health.)
A huge gap in my #metal knowledge was not having ever listened to Morbid Angel. I recently corrected this error, and boy am I glad I did. I am obsessed with this band lately. Gateways to Annihilation is the current obsession.
