Le même jour #Radiohead sortait son 2eme album studio "The Bends". Cet album n’aura pas le succès public du 1er album (Pablo Honey) avec le poids de "Creep".
Six singles seront extraits de l’album et "my Iron lung" donnera même un EP sortie sous différentes formes allant du 4 au 8 titres selon les pays quelques semaines avant la sortie de l’album.

@mrcompletely I feel this. My tolerance for Yorke’s vocals has worn pretty thin and they’re way more prominent than they need to be for this project. As with RH, I wish the band would just jam for the love of god - with Skinner they clearly have the means to do it.

Another album that brings me back to the beginning of college. I grew up on classic rock and jazz (which I still love) so it wasn’t until my first year in the dorms that my music world quickly expanded. This is another album in that list that I discovered “late” (like 2005 late!).

It’s a carbon fiber brush with a connection to the ground post - I can’t tell you definitively if it helps or not but it was cheap and couldn’t hurt…now that we’re going into winter the weather is dry so there’s a lot more static. I’ll have to play some with and some without and see how much of a difference it makes.
@andrew@vinylrecords definitely recommend picking up OKNOTOK if you see it; the extra tracks are utterly marvellous, and the remaster is shockingly clear as someone who’s been listening since about a week before release.
This happened 3 days after me & 19 other ppl were released from illegal imprisonment in Tofino. Came back to Vic to replenish & visit loved ones.

@yourfutureex@Kitty I tend to forget how great this band is and then I don't listen to them much for extended periods, but then all of a sudden this love reignites and right now this is such a time.
Then you cannot convince me that there is any better band out there. This is also the music that I loaded with so many memories, good and bad, like no other.

I saw them at another festival the same year for the first and unfortunately to date the last time. I was such a huge fan back then, I started crying when they started with 15 Step, There There and Airbag. Easily one of the best experiences of my life!

To me this album is "beautifully sad", almost bittersweet.
