The International Criminal Court case against Israel was focused on genocide and has ordered Israel to prevent and punish incitement of genocide as well as provide humanitarian aid. Then Israel hunted down and killed 7 aid workers from World Central Kitchen on April 1st. Investigations into Israeli actions are ongoing. There will be consequences for Israel for these war crimes and crimes against humanity.

The point is, you are missing the obvious. Unarmed civilians are killed in war every day for 3000 years.
Yet this is the hill you chose to die on. I wish you luck in ending 3000 years of conflict. I'm tryin to do the same thing by focusing on the hostages who also are suffering human rights violations. There will never be peace as long as terrorists are allowed to take hostages, extracting demands from everyone.

The people being killed are being kept in an open air prison, the most densely populated area on earth, have their food and water controlled by their occupier, are utterly dehumanised, and are now being bombed indiscriminately and starved by the settler colonial apartheid state backed by the west.

Every nation is responsible for the safety and prosperity of it's civilian population. Hamas has failed to defend their Jihad and continues to deny the hostages their human rights.
