I want to know what the phone's camera app is doing when I'm turning it on and for a few second there's a kind of flicker (I assume a kind of interference between the frequency of some lamp and the camera), and then that flicker just stops.

I guess there's an algorithm running that detects this interference(?) and adjusts to avoid it?
