The bumbling and fiery-tempered Donald Fauntleroy Duck made his debut in a short animation film on June 9, 1934. Nearly a century later, he remains one of animation's most beloved characters, DW reports: https://www.dw.com/en/donald-duck-turns-90/a-69255461
Strong retro-1980s vibe on the designs for the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure at the Disneyland Resort. Bonus points for the use of the Jiminy Cricket Recycling Icon. #TrashCanTuesday
People screaming "housing should be a human right": go live in a rural area! Homes are cheap there! I know! Mine was about 50k 15 miles outside of #Disney World (20m from Orlando).
I fully own it.
Housing is there. Just maybe not in the big city you wish to live in.
Okay folks, it's time to talk about the Star Wars movie that came out last week.
Not a movie from Disney, the four hour review on Youtube about the Star Wars Hotel.
I watched it last week and have been processing it ever since.
Reflecting on the review- it has changed the way I see DIsney parks. Where Disney has always been expensive, the idea that they would build a brand new experience that they would charge people ~10k per person per trip, and still offer them such a low quality experience is genuinely shocking.
I'd never seen this Youtuber before, but going down this rabbit hole, this lady knows her stuff, both on Star Wars and even more on Disney Parks.
The review is very long, but I broke it up and watched the whole thing. I think if you're thinking about Disney, even though this offering is now closed, you should watch it too..
And I'd love to discuss the video in detail for those who watched it!
New trash cans within the Theater of the Stars at Walt Disney Studios in Paris. Home to the new "Alice & The Queen of Hearts: Back to Wonderland" show, this outdoor location previously hosted the "Moteurs... Action!: Stunt Show Spectacular" for 18 years. #TrashCanTuesday
The last of the big time swingers, the boring, brown trash cans used in the Country Bear Jamboree. Attraction temporarily closed in January for reimagining. And hopefully new trash cans!
