Harvested some of our Chinese chives & bean sprouts. Fried them up with lots of garlic & sprinkles of salt n pepper. It is simple, tasty & healthy. Cooks up in less than 5 minutes.
Harvested some of our #AsianGreens from garden & made some soup with pork meatballs (with rice vermicelli/water chestnuts).

Pie for everybody! After being buried by thousands (no exaggeration) of apricots, this haul is from our tiny dwarf peach tree. No early frost to kill them this year. Bumper fruit crops. Most we've EVER had.
Growing tomatoes in the south isn't for sissies. Our weather is really uncooperative - heat and humidity are brutal. In any event, there will be much more of THIS in the days and weeks to come if we are lucky: Tomato Galette on a ricotta-dill base with mozzarella pearls dotted over the top before baking.
