@ivory Did you change something with Ivory on Mac? It used to be if you double clicked on the top of a column it would just go to the top (current time in whatever timeline, Home, Replies, Notifications, etc) Now it jumps backwards, sometimes hundreds of messages, then I have to double click it again to get to the current time.
Is this intentionally jumping backwards a bug or on purpose?

Back in August, I reported that the native Mastodon filters are not being respected in Lists (we exchanged a few DMs with screenshots). I’ve re-checked after the most recent update and it’s still happening. Is this still in your backlog to be fixed?

OMG. I finally tried @ivory 's macOS app a day or so ago. Liked the multi-column option, and so converted by iOS sub to a universal sub immediately. Had it set to 4 columns. Just opened the app again now. It opened with just 1 column, but 4 columns wide. Ok, buggy. Fine, set it to 4 columns again. Wow, 4 columns, each 4 columns wide. And you can't resize columns. So it stretches across 2 1/2 28” displays (you can only see it when moving of course, because of different spaces yada yada). #ivory

I love Ivory on my phone, but I don't like thumb typing, so that is mainly only for reading. I like the website on my Mac, but I wonder if the Mac version of Ivory would be worth it...

Specifically: are my toots automatically deleting after ? time (or what am I doing wrong with the search function)?

And: if they are by default deleting after ? time, can I change that setting (and if so, how)?

Edit: "Automatically delete old posts" is not checked in my server settings.

Here on Mastodon I choose to see posts in English and Italian. And I follow a certain hashtag (not relevant which one).

Why do I see posts in German, French etc… with that hashtag in my home feed?

Is this an expected behaviour? Is it a bug? And in case it’s a bug, it’s a Mastodon one or my specific client (Ivory in my case) ?

I wish it was at least a user preference to filter out other languages from results coming from an hashtag.

Does anyone else using #ivory on both macOS and iOS get confused by the positions of “boost to followers” and “view boosts” being transposed between the two? It drives me nuts.

Please pick one order and stick with it across platforms, @ivory
