Kacke! Durch irgendeine Lücke in #Wordpress, das alle Updates hat, hat sich ein Crypto-Miner auf meinem #Webserver eingepflanzt. Das bedeutet Arbeit zu der ich keine Lust habe :(
Whoop whoop! The newest addition to the server rack is installed and running great!
After noticing so many beautiful #RaspberryPi 4's of mine laying around, I figured I'd put them to some good use as a #cluster and running a self-hosted #webserver , instead of paying money for a service to do it every month...
The #h2o#webserver is way too unpopular for it's performance. Low memory footprint, cpu usage and high on security and performance, isolating certificate tls stuff in a different process and implementing quic very well.
Looks like it's about that time to take these things to another level! Managed to get some spare #RaspberryPi 's donated to me...and perfect timing too, considering how I'd planned on building a new #webserver#cluster to mount on my rack...maybe with a splash of #kube?? 🤔

i mean if i wasn't poor i could probably even buy actual servers put them in a datacenter and offer this at really cheap prices but while i could 100% afford colocation i can't afford to get like 1000€ worth of server hardware
Any #Laravel experts on Fedi? I'm trying to set up a web server and having a lot of trouble with permissions.
Attached is the error message we're getting. The user we're running everything under has permission to the mentioned log file, so I have no idea how to fix this. Any pointers would be appreciated, never done anything with Laravel before.
Which web server is the fastest and most suitable for you if it has to distribute the network requests to different services located in virtual operating systems. It should also be relatively easy to configure 🤔 :BoostOK:
Since I am learning #Rust again and for other reasons, it takes longer for me to understand #RustLang. Well, today I solved the above mentioned problem. I #learned not to be annoyed by error messages when compiling because the written code does not work. Just read it carefully and take it into account and the #errors are solved and for me these are mostly sapalotte typos – tomorrow it goes on positively ➕🦀
