Stuff like @josh's "Golden Hour" will make you wonder if there is a soul in the machine. A seven and a half minute journey through generative modular music, full of warm chords, irresistibly chipper washes of skipping hi-hats, and wending, winding, bending guitar-like tones, all created without direct human output. It's not really magic, though -- just clever programming by the human behind it all.

Starting six years ago this month: "City Planning," a series of pen plots that imagines fictional city grids. This algorithm evolved over the years to include circles, waterways, and devoid areas and I continue to build upon it.
