@scott The section north of the Lefty O’Doul Bridge (which is two-way and street-level) is officially open to Townsend Street. This is the northbound section from Toni Stone to the south end of the bridge. It’s one way and sidewalk-level. The north end is blocked off because there’s still some construction, but you can go around it easily. The entrance to the lane is open at the southern end and there are no signs indicating that it’s not meant to be open yet.
@w7voa The judge ruled that he did engage in insurrection, but that the 14th amendment doesn’t apply to the office of the president, which is preposterous. It says “any office or trust under the United States or any state”.
The House “Impeachment Inquiry” of Joe Biden is off to a predictable start as the GOP introduces actual faked images of texts. Who knows where they pulled them from. But they’re not real, and the effort is a sham from the get-go. It’s disgraceful and wrong.
@georgetakei The House Jan 6 committee did the same thing. There are plenty of things to criticize about the GOP’s sham impeachment inquiry but imo this isn’t one of them.
