Jews didn't start using the term in relation to themselves until very late in the 19th century. Jewish Zionism comes in many forms. The form that spawned Israel dates to that time period.

Fascism was founded during World War I by Italian national syndicalists who drew upon both left-wing organizational tactics and right-wing political views. Italian Fascism gravitated to the right in the early 1920s.

Much as Nazism sprang from Fascism, it seems Fascism is very closely related to the Israeli form of Zionism.

The can issue for signatories countries an arrest warrant on because it has jurisdiction over international crimes committed in since 2012

That raises a couple of complications.

First, ICC warrants are ineffective, unless the subject of a warrant enters territory in which the warrant is recognised. If the subject of a warrant enters a state that has signed the Rome Statute and enacted complementary & cooperation legislation, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/States_parties_to_the_Rome_Statute then they will be arrested and extradited for trial.

The question of territory is interesting. As far as I can tell, Israel has never declared its borders. Technically therefore, Israel has no territory.
