“Colorado issued a $10.5 million penalty on the Suncor refinery in Commerce City over three years of air pollution violations, calling it the largest-ever action against a single facility, and also settled a lawsuit with an agreement to double monitoring of air pollution at the fenceline of the troubled fuel plant.

The agreement announced Monday surpasses a $9 million deal in 2020 for similar releases.”

Recent updates to @IceCubesApp forced a change to the app icon that I was easily able to correct on my iPhone & iPad, but I can’t seem to find that setting on my Mac. (The Mac version of the app is just the iPad version running on Apple Silicon, I think?) Anyone have any thoughts on this? Nothing against the new default icon, but I’d like to be able to change it if I want to. Thanks!

The national women’s soccer league sells their broadcast rights each year to different networks and the story for 2024 was they got more money than ever (yay!), but spread across FOUR networks (boo!).

Next year I’ll need at least 3 streaming subscriptions totalling about $100/mo just to watch my favorite sport (Prime Video, Paramount+, YouTubeTV, and possibly ESPN+)

This is a pain in the ass for fans and borders on the madness that is MLB broadcasting. #nwsl

Thanks to the replies I received to the post below, I was able to fix this issue before, but I just discovered that the @IceCubesApp on my iPhone had turned off the notifications yet again. I reset it again, but is this something I’m going to need to check after every update to make sure it didn’t get turned off? Or is it something else? My inquiring mind wants to know. 🤔
