@JeremyMallin I don't know the answer, but perhaps a certain percentage of your life? So if you're diagnosed older, after so much of your life not knowing, I think the newness of it can last longer in objective terms.

I'm not a native speaker, but I assumed the "peel" is a metaphor for your eyelids. So keeping your eyes peeled is keeping them open. Does that make sense?
I like following accounts from different countries on here. I have not found very many (any really) accounts from Asian or African countries though. Are there not that many on Fedi yet, or am I just not finding the right ones?
The worst password idea I ever had was to actually write a script to generate 256 random characters, including special characters, to use for my WiFi password. I didn't realize that in the near future, I would have devices that needed WiFi but couldn't accept a cut and paste of the password because they had no USB ports or GUI that would allow it.
Manually entering WiFi passwords on "Smart TVs" and other devices sucks by the way.
