@zlasha @claasgefroi @Volksverpetzer 5 stehen bei Abgeordneten Watch, wegen laufender oder kürzlich beendeter Verfahren. Neben denen sind noch drei weitere im letzten Jahr in der Presse gewesen. Wenn dann ein Teil der 2018 genannten noch Angeordnete ist, dann sind wir locker bei 20%. Aber die 10% reichen ja eigentlich schon für die Aussage des Satirikers.

Heute vor 52 Jahren wurde in Deutschland der erste Organspendeausweis ausgegeben. Die Bereitschaft, nach dem Tod Organe zu spenden, ist in Deutschland allerdings seit Jahren eher gering – Tendenz weiter abnehmend.

Diskutiert wird immer wieder über die so genannte Widerspruchslösung. Demnach werden grundsätzlich alle Organspender/-in, wenn sie dem vor dem Tod nicht widersprechen.

@bpb Ich habe bereits viele Jahre einen Organspendeausweis.
Das die "Widerspruchslösung" das Wort Lösung enthält, zeigt schon direkt wie über griffig und unmoralisch die Forderung danach ist.
Die Diskussion darum und die damit einhergehende Respektlosigkeit den Versterbenden gegenüber hat meine positive Haltung zur Organspende ins Negative verkehrt.

@vicgrinberg Vielleicht lebe ich ja was das angeht in einer parallel Welt, aber ich find nicht, dass sich antisemitische Symbolik, "In weiten Teilen der Bevölkerung…als sozial akzeptable Form des politischen Protests etabliert" hat, wie Chernivsky dies annimmt – aber ganz klar wäre ein anderes Urteil wichtig gewesen, um dies gerade nicht zu etablieren. Gut ich kenne die Prozessdetails nicht, eventuell hat man schlechter gearbeitet als es in Bayern der Fall war.

@vicgrinberg Weil ich das aus juristischer Sicht betrachte. Wenn sie ernsthaft das Urteil kritisiert, dann ist so eine Aussage das widersprüchlichste überhaupt, denn diese deckt ganz klar die Argumentation des Gerichts und sagt nichts anders aus, als das wir dort ein absolut richtiges Urteil haben. ich finde das Urteil nicht richtig und daher finde ich ihre Aussage auch nicht richtig.
Eine Expertin ist sie in juristischen Dingen offensichtlich nicht.

    @vicgrinberg Can't tell if embed worked for the live stream, but it works now. I've used the the twitch site itself, but it started to lag after 1h and about 15 Minutes, so I stopped watching shortly after space socks check. Maybe I can watch the rest later.
