Mossy and fog at Burrator a couple of weeks ago photography
There is a pleasure in the pathless woods,
There is a rapture on the lonely shore,
There is society where none intrudes,
By the deep Sea, and music in its roar:
I love not Man the less, but Nature more.
Byron.

My FB page has had a bizarre surge of traffic in the last month, al those foggy photos…731 k people have seen my posts, when I became ill ten years ago I thought my creativity as a photographer was over. It may not be what I’d hoped but I’m still taking photos, don’t give up ❤️

Sheepstor in late afternoon light yesterday, tor means hill in old English, the word may be celtic in origin. It’s used mainly in the South West of England, Bodmin moor in Cornwall has ‘tors’ too. They are usually granite rock formations.

Condensation on the camera lens (protected with a skylight filter) last week, it enhanced the fog which I think is an interesting effect.
This is Lowery barn on the left, a Victorian barn in Burrator woods, ,
