Heute startet mein neuer Trainingsplan, den ich nun definitiv durchziehen werde, denn ich will endlich wieder zu meinem Wunsch/Idealgewicht von 55kg (hab ich immer gewogen in der Jugend) kommen ~

Ich wiege momentan leider wieder 88kg. Bei einer Größe von nur 1,52m ist das nicht so toll ... aber 👍

is nice and has - expectedly - lots of Suikoden feeling, yet after three hours of playing, the game hasn't really kicked for me up until now.

I'll surely give it more of a chance when I have time to play, but as it stands now with the wonky visuals on the Switch version and a cast of characters that just didn't connect with me until now, I'm not sure if it can be the new "Suikoden" game I craved for.

macht mir soviel Spaß, auch wenn ich noch ziemlich am Anfang bin. Ich finde es so schade das ich es damals nicht auf der spielen und erleben konnte aber bin sehr froh, das ich es nun nachholen kann ❤️

@Omega Ich hab beide gespielt, und es wirkt finde ich als Zodiac Age noch genauso gut wie auf der PlayStation 2 damals. Das Spiel ist derart zeitlos gestaltet, dass es meiner Meinung nach nichts vom Reiz verloren hat :)

@Omega Ja, und die PS2 sieht auf modernen TVs nicht wirklich gut aus. Da kommt das Spiel gar nicht so gut rüber, find ich 😅 Außer ihr habt noch nen alten Röhren-Fernseher rumstehen, dann wär's natürlich besonders gut.

    @kaiserkiwi Ah, interessant, und absolut valide. Ich hab mein iPhone gesichert vom ersten iPhone das ich hatte, das war 2009. Es ist beinahe schon Pflicht bei mir, dass ich diesen alten Stand weiter pflege :D

    Games beaten 2023, # 31 Tekken 3 (PS1)

    Simply fantastic. Slightly baffles me that this is a PS1 title; it's miles ahead of either of its prequels in every conceivable respect. Exceptional fighting game, and definitely a great last entry before the jump to the next gen

    A German magazine in 1995 claimed that the upcoming game from Enix (which turned out to be ) should include a feature that the world could turn good or evil determined by the actions of the players - would be interesting if that was really part of the design back then.

    Some people say they don't want to join the Fediverse or Mastodon, because they think the UI sucks. As a front end developer, a designer-kind of a person who creates user interfaces, I agree. Most of the web clients on the Fedi are horrendous, even Mastodon by default. There's lots of room for improvement.

    We should really focus on how to make it more pleasing to the eye, more modern and more pleasant. This should not be a nerd network, just for geeks to geek out. This is not IRC or BBS.

    As long as Mastodon for instance looks like it's designed by a back end engineer, contains font-awesome icons, looks like 2010, and stuff like that, being open and free is not good reason enough for many. I'm not bashing it, Mastodon is not the worst out there, in fact in my honest opinion Mastodon user experience is far better than Akkoma or Calckey for example. It's also more accessible than many modern UIs, for example my visual impaired wife prefers the Vanilla Mastodon UI over my modifications, she has some small tiny improvements of her own like distinguishing the colors in the action buttons as they have no proper contrast in any of the default themes. But that's it. She likes it as it is. So it cannot be that bad. However, it could be better overall.

    doesn't mean the product should look like it's created in a basement by a math teacher. For some people Mastodon UX is sufficient (it even is for me, I like it enough and it doesn't prevent me from using it), but it should be WORLD CLASS. I don't say the answer is but it should be something much more modern and minimal than the current default UI. Pixelfed's developer is a designer oriented, Pixelfed is indeed an example of an awesome Fediverse app experience throughout the web and apps. That is how it should be.

    Just my 2 cents.

    @rolle I generally agree, but on the other hand, Reddit built its overwhelming success while looking like 2002 (and people still like to use old.).

    I think Mastodon itself looks not so increcibly dated.

    I rather think one of the problems of the Fediverse is the missing algorithm that tries to trigger users' interaction.
