@xahteiwi wenn du im Herbst 1mwh voll hast reicht das recht weit würde ich sagen. Hybridwechselrichter kommen morgens auch angeblich und bei mir nachvollziehbar "besser" raus, wenn ein nicht leerer Speicher dran hängt.
@Chaotica@xahteiwi es ist vielleicht nur mein persönlicher Eindruck aber wir haben hier in der Gegend so viel PV auf den Dächern, dass das gefühlt mit entsprechender Speichermöglichkeit im Verbund auch über den Winter reichen würde. Das sind alles so Bauernanlagen zum einspeisen.

Das liegt zu einem guten Teil daran, daß durch die Klimakatastrophe die Verdunstung steigt, die Wolkenbildung steigt und die Niederschlagsmenge steigt.
Wir sehen mit dem einen 20 kWh Tag (19.2 kWh), daß die Sonne wohl scheint, aber davon kommt am Boden nix an.
@isotopp windkraft auf Privatdächern wird kommen, wirsteschonnochsehen. Wenn auch nicht so im großen Stil wie PV, aber wer dafür schon nen Akku hat, für den bietet sich das mehr als an. Fehlen nur noch n paar Jahre...
Ich refaktoriere und renoviere gerade ein antikes Project von 2003, das seinen letzten Commit in 2013 gesehen hat.
Es ist Java 7 und Python 2.5.
Ich bin also fröhlich am renovieren und war bis eben guter Dinge. Dann fand ich Code, der in modernem Python in etwa dies tut und jetzt hab ich Hospitalismus.

auf die Gefahr hin, jetzt unfreundliche Antworten zu bekommen: Wo fange ich an, das als nicht-dev zu verstehen? Was muss ich minimal lesen, um nachvollziehen zu können, was hier das Problem ist. Das Fach "Anwendungsentwicklung" in der BS war nicht so dolle unterrichtet und ernst genommen und ist auch schon lange her.

@fraying even as a tech person I really really think this little "picking the server" is an obstacle much bigger than standard nerds recognize. Or maybe it's just the lack of "onboarding help" average people are missing. Just some little "how does this work for dummies" explainer that curating your own timeline is actually very valuable.

AnyDesk was popped, with 170,000 advertised users.
They claim their install base is secure, but that the code signing cert was stolen. From the changelog, its clear that they knew this on January 29th but didn't announce until the end of the day on a Friday. Not cool.
Based upon their actions so far, I would recommend all enterprises kill AnyDesk across their fleet using EDR or other means for now until we know more.
A screw-up happened. The screw-up is ultimately due to a crucial piece of information not being relayed to the right person. Multiple levels of seniority were in the loop, all of whom could have caught the omission, but nobody did. Who bears responsibility for the screw-up?

The Netherlands experiences an anusual weather pattern in september: high temperature, lots of sun and hardly any wind (onshore and offshore). Hence, gas-fired power stations are needed to guarantee power supply to society.
In future, under similar circumstances, this probably will be hydrogen-fired power stations, since batteries won't fill the (huge) gap.

Yet I want to see a single individual (preferably from the infosec/foss scene) with a tutorial such as "do this in order to replace your AD with this open source software, which is usable by non-expert staff (as in is in the reality of most orgs)." I never see that.
Open source software will only get used when it is usable by simple people. See android.

@janboehm es ist eine Designentscheidung, dass eine Volltextsuche ohne weiteres nicht möglich ist:
