Kennt jemand diese "Campaigning Software GmbH" welche für die die Umfrage zum "programmiert" hat - und jetzt fassungslos dasteht ob der massiven "kriminellen Energie", mit der diese "Manipulation" durchgeführt worden ist?

Ähem... so eine Umfrage kann jeder IDIOT mit einem HTML- WYSIWYG-Editor zusammenklicken!

Und das ist eine Firma, die dafür Geld bekommen hat?! Und die CDU hat für sowas bezahlt?!!

Mit einer Online-Abstimmung wollte sich die CDU Rückendeckung für die Forderung nach einer Abkehr vom geplanten Verbrenner-Aus holen. Doch das ging nach hinten los. Wegen "massiver Manipulation" schaltete die Partei die Umfrage wieder ab.

Could just be my weird local cohort, but have you noticed this linguistic thing with youngish kids where they preface statements, almost like a comic header? E.g. instead of "I think [explanation about thing]" it's "What I think about [thing]: [explanation]." So, like, instead of "I think what's going on is that the cat is shy because she lived in the wild" you hear "What I think about the cat: she's shy because she lived in the wild."

Wie ist das eigentlich, wenn ich in der Öffentlichkeit jemanden sehe, der Nazi-Parolen brüllt, Hitler-Gruß zeigt und ähnliche Widerlichkeiten.
Darf ich den aufnehmen, und das Video der Polizei übergeben? Oder auch in Social Media stellen? So rein rechtlich gesehen?

@kulturbolschewi Also, was ich darüber mal vor 25 Jahren gelernt habe, würde sagen: in so einem Fall eher schon, aber lass Dich nochmal von jemandem mit mehr Wissen beraten.

Damals war Einwilligung bei Aufnehmen nicht notwendig, aber eher das Richtige. Bei Veröffentlichung notwendig. Damals hatte aber auch nicht jeder ständig ne Kamera dabei.

Veröffentlichung ohne Einwilligung war OK solange die Person eh ein öffentliches Leben führt (Politiker, etc.). Oder wenn ein berechtigtes ...

@kulturbolschewi ... öffentliches Interesse besteht, wie bei einem Rechtsbruch. Und man konnte eigentlich immer Menschenmengen veröffentlichen.

Also wenn ein Trupp Nazis Volksverhetzung begeht, und Du sie als Gruppe aufnimmst, bist Du bei den letzten beiden Punkten eigentlich dabei.

Polizei: Anzeige gegen unbekannt stellen. Dann hast Du Beweismaterial. So herum fordern sie es (hoffentlich) von Dir ein, und Du schickst es nicht an sie.

Wobei das bei Falschparkerbildern eigentlich auch geht.

@Vrimj They might not be actual books. There are prop product ranges: books with blank pages, or boxes made to look like the back of a range of books.

Either way, the prop department most likely filled the shelves with what they had available.

I've shared similar snacks twice¹ before². This is the third in this family.

This is essentially the first of the snacks (linked below) made with stuffing finger peppers with a sesame-based paste and crisp-frying them to delightfully crunchy perfection. It's the less-spicy variety (unlike the second linked snack) but still plenty hot. And crisp-fried alongside them are two legumes: peanuts and broad beans. Being fried, seemingly, in the same oil, both have a lot of the imparted flavour of chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, and other spices (probably black pepper in there as well at least) inundating them.

These are a bit oilier than the other pair of snacks, however. Have tissues handy while eating them.
