@maotsu In Poznan, you can go to Malta lake early in the morning to find a small βgrandpaβ doing loops to achieve a goal of 100km every day. Heβs 80-something, knows everyone frequenting the lake. I sometimes ride with him and heβs in a great form. Heβs been cycling his entire life and done more than 300k km. An example to follow!π₯°

Does the sound of taking a screenshot on an iPhone annoy you too? It's the same as the sound of taking a photo. So when I take a screenshot in a public place, like in a taxi, and my phone isn't on silent, I see that the driver looking at me as if I had taken a sneaky picture of them. π #apple#iphone
@ssamulczyk I have my phone on silent about 90% of the time. But occasionally Iβm waiting for an important call or message, so it's not on silent.
Or sometimes, for some reason, Instagram freezes, and I can't hear the sounds of the reels/story until I turn off silent mode (the volume button doesn't help). So, I turn it off, and then I forget to turn it back on. :]
Iβm heading to a techno festival today called βSadzimy TechnoLasβ which means weβre planting a techno forest. The event starts today and goes until Sunday. Each participant, included in the ticket price, receives a tree sapling, and on Saturday, there will be a massive forest planting session. In addition to electronic music, there will also be a ton of workshops, such as DJ lessons, yoga, meditation, organic sexuality discussions (??), and a bonfire jam session until morning. #techno#music
