Last eye doctor appointment, I'm good! The floaters have actually mellowed out quite a bit which was quick. I didn't think that would happen. He confirmed they softened around the edges. Interesting.

I asked for masks and they did, but it is a little sketchy now that the mandate ended. Luckily I have had all my regular check ups now except the dentist. I'm calling that super Covid cautious DDS next week, the one with the negative pressure room and everything. I'll let you North Bay folks know how that goes.

I wore a Readimask but in the lobby I thought, 'This is too comfortable, is it really an N95?' 😂 So I went outside and put my Aura on.

So, as an old fart Gen Xer who was arrested during the Gulf War SF federal building protests* of....92?.....and was very active in other things** of that nature before burnout kicked in early for my neurodivergent ass, I really want people to understand this:

What is happening now with the campus arrests, police state, and everything under the local and executive branch Democrats is 100% WORSE THAN HOW IT WAS UNDER BUSH NUMBER ONE.

I know some of you totally hate all #CountryMusic. I grew up with mostly old timey & some contemporary country music because my Mom enjoyed that & pop music. Dad was more of a blues & rock person. Mom discovered Alan Jackson in early 90s. She loved getting Dad, me & my brothers to dance & sing along to Itty Bitty, at our past annual BBQ Summer backyard bash, before we started yard games fun.
I miss dancing with my Dad - he only danced with Mom & me - his whole life.

The solidarity at stores between masked people is pretty funny sometimes 🥰. I ran into a Whole Foods to drop off a return from Amazon (no, this sweater isn't 100% cotton, as a matter of fact, it's made of effing plastic, thank you), and an older gentleman and I were like "Hang in there!" -- "Yup! You too!" ❤️

I know people with estrogen have said their ADHD gets worse during perimenopause/menopause, but I'm wondering if people with testosterone 50+ also notice their Autism/ADHD symptoms getting worse. Especially more "inattentive"/stuck in their thoughts.

I feel like we really need more research on all of this.
