The answer is less consumption and more sustained availability.

Sharing books.
Second hand bookshops.
Public libraries.
Ability to share eBooks once purchased.

This is the way to save the planet.

Israel has done more to prevent civilian casualties than any other nation in any other war. Even though it's tight urban warfare with human shields, the civilian death toll in Gaza is dramatically lower than that in other wars, including those without these problems.

The Crow used the twig as a tool. And then modified it to be a more effective tool.

He executed a plan.
Re-assessed and adjusted as necessary.

There is a lot going on in that crow brain.

Interestingly I was just flicking through this book in a #bookshop today. I really wanted to align with these promissory views of a tech solution to #climateChange. I really did.

But from skimming the text, I just couldn't get excited.
Capitalism and technology are so entangled that they form a massive mutual confirmation bubble of bias.

I didn't end up buying the book. But am open to being convinced that it is a good read!
