Worth a look. I was diagnosed at 26, now 44 and I only found out what rejection sensitive dysphoria was this year.

@RavenLuni @bookstodon @bookwyrm @actuallyautistic Learning about RSD (& PDA) changed the way I view my reactions & the way some of my close #neurodivergent loved ones respond. I think, while these are not easier to experience, my capacity for compassion expanded for myself & others. As for the workbook, I have a growing list of additional social & medical vocabulary words tucked away for 2025’s V2. RSD is on that list. #AUDHD #actuallyautistic #adhd

In addition to expanded social and medical vocabulary, I’ve also been working on an expanded accommodations section, building out the resource list, and more.
