Russia must have some reason for still allowing them to use a .ru domain. Otherwise it looks OK.

On purchasing SpaceX Starlink terminals. Anybody can go into a Home Depot and buy one. There are many other resellers all over the world who will do the same. One would need to activate it in a non restricted country. Also every time you use it, it reports it's GPS coordinates to SpaceX. Those coordinates can be sent to Ukraine for bomb delivery.
