@tsyum Row houses are pretty awesome (I live in one). No one above or below you, so that it feels like a detached house. The shared walls are generally pretty thick, and those shared walls means less heating/cooling/siding necessary. Without the zoning-mandated setbacks and separation between plots, there's a lot more living space. Highly recommended!
